Deolinda Abstrac will be a guest speaker and performer at Carmen High School. Come out to support us as well as celebrate Black History Month. The Theme for the night will be "Past and Present". This will be a free event for all ages, so make sure to come out and celebrate with us! WE ARE CREATING HISTORY!
